Ed began his Multifamily career in 1998 and has overseen the performance of lease-ups and stabilized mixed-use deals, as well as LIHTC properties throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. Ed has the NAA CAPS designation and has served as a long-time member of the Atlanta Apartment Association. Ed has a proven track record of industry leadership, developing leaders, and motivating his teams toward success. Born and raised in Boston, Ed now lives in the Atlanta metro area with his wife Marian, his dog Tessie and cat Penny. Ed and Marian enjoy time with their three young grandkids at soccer, t-ball games, and dance recitals. If he’s not on his boat with family and friends, Ed enjoys golfing and running, having run three marathons as well as many other races and triathlons over the past 30 years.

Sharon’s innate ability to build and nurture relationships along with her passion for helping people is her foundation for success as a Regional Client Relationship Manager. She is a self-motivated sales and customer service professional with over 22 years of experience in the Multifamily industry. Her enthusiasm for finding permanent opportunities for others extends into her personal life as well. She is an advocate for the Hero Dog Rescue organization and regularly fosters dogs while helping them find their fur-ever permanent homes.

Lamar is passionate about coaching and helping others. Therefore, he is dedicated to serving our team members to ensure hiring success. With over six years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry he brings a plethora of knowledge that allows him to source and recruit top talent. When not working he enjoys traveling, attending comedy shows, and concerts.

As a Client Relationship Manager, Michelle follows her passion to inspire, motivate and elevate team members and partners alike. Her multifamily journey is a great story of transitioning roles to encompass both helping the community and finding opportunities for our team members. She partakes in her local and national associations and continues to share her enthusiasm for development and growth in Florida. Michelle is an advocate for DEIA initiatives and works to build a more inclusive and equitable future. On her free time, Michelle loves to sing, dance, direct short films and travel to remote places to hike and camp. She has been a pet owner to her blind dog, Penny, for over 10 years and would love to have her own ranch of rescues one day.

If fulfilling your life’s purpose was a person, it would be none other than the CEO and founder of Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS), Marchellee “Chellee” Clemmons. It is no coincidence that the company’s purpose aligns perfectly with her individual purpose. Her sole intent of creating ESS was to grow people in the multi-family industry.

As a military brat, born in Frankfurt, Germany, Chellee was forced to adapt to various cultures as she relocated frequently. Little did she realize that this would be one of her biggest assets as an entrepreneur. Possessing the ability to build a rapport across all professional levels, Chellee excels in business due to her multi-faceted personality. Everyone relates to her – to her stories, to her hustle, and to her passion.

Being a single mother of two, her motivation to create sustainable income for her family fueled her desire for greatness. Chellee’s urge to found ESS was built on her own experiences as a temporary employee in property management. With 16 years of Multifamily onsite experience under her belt, from a Temporary Leasing Professional to a Community Manager then District Manager turned Regional, Chellee Clemmons has seen it all. Her experience has been “There is never a dull moment in Multifamily Property Management”. None of her successes came easy. As expected, initial challenges arose with the conception of ESS; however, being the determined, resilient leader that she is, she was able to adapt and grow her business into the industry pioneer that it is today. When asked what drives and motivates her daily, her response was, “My team! You all keep me inspired daily. Whether it’s a laugh or the excitement of results, my team keeps me going.”

Chellee is the epitome of a leader – strong, analytical, humble, adaptable, gracious, forgiving, inspirational, socially aware, emotionally intelligent, and open-minded. However, she is defined by more than ESS and business-like characteristics. Chellee is a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend to many adoring family members and friends who she enjoys spending quality, intimate time with. When she’s not strategically planning for her business or spreading a much-needed inspirational word, Chellee enjoys traveling. She loves to explore new, uncharted territories. When she’s stationary at home, her days are filled with reading books that will grow and develop her character as well as increase her intellect. She is a movie buff with her favorite genre being animated movies, not cartoons (LOL).

As a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist, Jairell has been meeting the accounting needs of our clients for the past few years. With his careful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, he is able to ensure that financial transactions are accurately represented. In his free time he enjoys watching and analyzing football. His favorite NFL team is the Carolina Panthers.

With several years of professional human resources experience, Dmarkez provides counsel and support to his team to help them achieve operational goals, while mitigating risk. Along with a strong business acumen, his comprehensive background in payroll, labour relations, benefits administration, and financial document support has resulted in the development of strong and trusting relationships. Outside of the office he plays D2 flag football, is a former boxer, and is a true sneakerhead.

Kayla has a passion for helping people. As our staffing coordinator, she is elated that she gets to make a positive impact in others' lives in a way she never knew she could. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending a great deal of time with her family and reading.

Stephanie brings 10 years of property management experience to the team. She is passionate about bringing in new people to the industry and helping them grow. As well as ensuring that each placement is a strong match for each community - she's interested in finding people careers rather than simply jobs. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, fishing, refinishing furniture, and exercising.

As Branch Manager Renee acts as the support system between each department and for our team members. With over ten years of experience in the multifamily industry it gives her insight into the needs of our clients. She entered the staffing world to explore her passion for helping people. When she's not keeping busy with work you can find her baking or reading an autobiography.
